For six decades, Eastlands has been a place where people come together to shop, work, connect, and create memories. Now, we’re inviting you to share your memories and help us celebrate the moments that have made Eastlands special.
Did you have a family tradition of visiting Eastlands on weekends? Celebrate a birthday or milestone here? Buy something meaningful or meet someone important? Whether it’s a photo, a story, or a small moment that means a lot, we’d love to hear it.
Submissions can include a photo or video taken at Eastlands, a written story about a meaningful experience, or even a newspaper clipping or keepsake from the past. Selected stories may be featured in our 60th anniversary celebrations, including digital displays, photo exhibition and promotional materials.
How To Submit
- Email: Email us your memories, images or videos at [email protected]
- In-centre: Head to the Customer Service Desk on the Upper Level next to Williams Shoes to complete a form and drop it in the letter box.
Customers must fill out the tear pad form and ensure they tick the terms and conditions when submitting. If a customer is submitting a photo, they must fill out their details and if you could please place the photo and/or newspaper clipping which they would like to submit, in an envelope (provided by yourself at the desk), with the form stapled to the envelope, and place this within the letter box.

How can I submit my Eastlands memory?
You may submit your Eastlands memory via email at [email protected] or in-centre at the Customer Service Desk, located on the Upper Level next to the Williams Shoes.
What can I submit?
You may submit a description of your favourite memory of Eastlands, photographs of Eastlands through the years, news clippings which you still have of Eastlands through the years, videos of Eastlands through the years, etc.
Where will my memory be displayed?
Your submission may be displayed on promotional material by Eastlands, event collateral, within a memorable video created to celebrate Eastlands 60th Anniversary, on Eastlands owned digital channels, including website, social media, eDM and in-centre screens, and via a dedicated media buy for the campaign. Once submitted, Eastlands will decide where the chosen collateral is displayed.
Will all memories be displayed?
If you submit a memory as part of Eastlands 60th public call out, it is not guaranteed that your memory will be displayed within centre, online and event material.
Can I see my submission on social media?
Your submission may be available to view by clicking the hashtag #Eastlands60th on Facebook or Instagram.
When is the deadline to submit my Eastlands memory?
The call-out runs from Monday 14 July October 2025 to Monday 04 August 2025.
Can anyone submit?
Anyone is available to submit their Eastlands story, participants under 18 years old will need a parent/guardian’s permission to do so as part of the Terms and Conditions of the public call out.
Can I submit more than one memory?
Yes, you may submit as many submissions as you choose.
