From 8pm - 6am on Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 April, both lanes of the Bligh St laneways will be closed off for essential works between the carpark entrance and the top of the Big W rooftop carpark. During that time, access to the EV charging station will be close, and all vehicles parked on the rooftop carpark will be required to exit the centre via the multistorey carpark.*

Traffic wardens and signage will be in place to guide drivers.

Planning a visit to Eastlands? Here’s a quick update on the changes happening to the Bligh St carpark to help you plan your visit.

Between the months of March and April, different sections of the Bligh St will be closed for essential works.

During this period, parking spots will be limited. Traffic to and from the main Bligh St carpark entrance and Big W rooftop carpark will be accessible under the control of traffic wardens or signage to provide a safe passage for all vehicles. Access to Woolworths click and collect and EV charging stations are not affected.

Please allow a little extra time and follow directions when entering and exiting the area. Traffic conditions are expected to resume to normal from early April
