Terms and Conditions

·         The “School Holiday Arts and Crafts” campaign is hosted by Vicinity Centres PM Pty Ltd (ABN 96 101 504 045).

·         The campaign in-centre activity (Activity) is provided by The Handmade Store ABN 20 386 071 970.

·         Ages 4+ only. All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter the Activity and are able to participate in the Activity (Interactive DIY) with parent or guardian consent.

·         Patrons are not guaranteed placement into session/s.

·         Maximum number of participants per session is managed by The Handmade Store.

·         Activity is managed by The Handmade Store personnel; all of whom have a valid Working with Children Check.

·         You and minors in your care agree, by participating in the Activity, to comply with all reasonable direction of The Handmade Store personnel including, but not limited to, requests to leave the Activity Area or the Centre for breach of Activity conditions or disruption to the Activity.

·         The Activity involves scents and may contain allergens. It may not be suitable for individuals with known or suspected allergies or sensitivities to scents.

·         No food or drink permitted.

·         The Handmade Store reserves the right to reschedule or cancel session times, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Privacy Notice

By attending the Activity, you consent to you (and any minors in your care) being photographed and/or filmed by The Handmade Store and/or Vicinity. The images and/or film may be used for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, including on social media channels by The Handmade Store, the Centre and Vicinity. If you do not consent to Vicinity and The Handmade Store handling your personal information in accordance with this Notice, then you will not be able to partake in the Activity.
